Just like Matilda, you can tell if one of your authentic strengths is kindness, leadership or curiosity, simply by the way you feel when you use them. The signs to look for are that you don’t have to pretend and you don’t feel drained. Using such strengths for the benefit of something greater than yourself will infuse your life with meaning.

Many people find joy in developing their middle strengths, or even their lesser ones, not only their top ones. It’s about playing and discovering.
