Your order should arrive within:

• 5-8 business days in the US
• 6-12 business days in Canada
• 10-20 business days in other countries

Most carriers offer the option to track your package. Slower shipping options typically ship untracked.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on orders over $50 in the US and the EU (except CH, IS, LI, NO).

Shipping is free on orders over $100 in Switzerland, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway and all other countries.

My order never arrived

If your shipping address was incorrect, we can send you another order yet it would have to be at your own cost.

If your address was correct, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you. Please contact us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
