Important

Please send us a picture of the item you want to send back before sending it. You might otherwise incur shipping costs that will not be covered by an exchange or refund.

Wrong size

If there is an issue with the size you received, please check that the size on the garment matches the size you ordered. If it was mislabeled, we’ll correct this mistake as quickly as we can.

If you wish to order a different size, please contact us and we’ll let you know what the next steps are.

Damaged items

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within a week of receiving it and include pictures of what went wrong. We will invite you to return the item in unused condition in its original packaging.

Exchanges and refunds

Once your return is received and approved, an exchange will be mailed to you or a credit applied to your original method of payment. Sale items can unfortunately not be exchanged or refunded.

If your order never reached you, we’re very sorry, please contact us not later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
